Oscar De La Hoya was able to win the Junior Olympics 119-pound national title at the age of 15. And his amateur career has spanned 234 wins – 163 by knockout and six losses. He also won the 1989 National Golden Gloves bantamweight title. And by the time he was 17, he was able to win the US National Featherweight Championship.
