Early life

Colbert Michael Hamels, better known as Cole Hamels, was born December 27, 1983 in San Dego, California, United States of America. When the 2015 season started, many teams wanted to trade for him, including the Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers and Chicago Cubs. Colbert and Jake Diekman were eventually traded on July 31, 2015 in exchange for six other players. There is no doubt that he has positively influenced his new team.
